I truly loved all the services at Shivas Gateway. A very special mention to Kunal Pradhan Sir, the receptionist, who was absolutely amazing. His warm nature, professionalism, and helpful attitude made my stay even more memorable. He and the entire hotel team made my birthday extra special, and I’m genuinely grateful for that. A very special thank you to Kunal Pradhan Sir and Pintu for making my day so memorable! ❤️

Absolutely a perfect hotel to stay at, no matter a group or an individual, every service of them is just quick and amazing! I came with a group of more than 50 pax and surprisingly checkins were smooth and easy. Hats off to the front office people especially a very sweet lady Ms Sumitra. She is just one stop resolution to my every query… She always has a good smile on her face which enhances the aura of this property. Also, the guy in the evening shift Mr Kunal, he was also a gem to the property. We guys have stayed here for 5 nights and everyday we enjoyed our breakfast as well. Conclusively, the lady at the front desk is a hugee plus point for this property. God bless her and all the best to the hotel, grow more!
Thankyou !!!!!
